Circuit training alternates strength training exercises with aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Circuit training boot camps combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. You may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, resistance bands, and even a little healthy competition. Expect the unexpected in these full body circuit boot camp classes which are packed with variety and tons of fun AND burn 600-800 calories in each class.

All materials will be provided.

Practice these resistance/strength exercises anywhere for a Complete Body Workout without Joining a Gym.  Upper body, lower body, and lots of Core Strengthening exercises you can practice with or without weights.  (Utilizing hand held weights in your fitness program will intensify your workout and your benefits).  Research has proven that:  Resistance/Strength Training exercises increase strength, tone muscles, increase muscular endurance, prevent osteoporosis, develop coordination and balance, prevent injuries (from weak muscles), and increase lean muscle mass which speeds up your metabolism (an important factor in weight loss).  
This class is beginner friendly and all exercises can be modified to accommodate any limitations you may have.

This class will strengthen the muscles that support the spine (the neck/abs/hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. This class will also help realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out.

You will need to bring a Yoga mat.

Students must purchase golf balls at Auburn Driving Range - use our clubs or bring your own! (approximate cost of a bucket of balls is $10.00)

*Because of the generosity of Cyprian Keyes Golf Club, all participants in the Night Life golf program are eligible to play golf at the Par 3 Cyprian Keyes Golf Course on Friday evenings at 5:30 for $10.00.

This is a class that Lee Ann designed to motivate and encourage a healthier and rewarding lifestyle! Haven’t exercised in a while? Feeling like you have no energy? Even if you have never exercised Oxygen is for you! Let’s have some fun together and increase your energy, flexibility, circulation and muscle tone so you can begin a rewarding and satisfying exercise routine! We’ll begin with a stretch warm up for all major muscles with deep breathing techniques to increase the oxygen flow to the muscles, then we’ll begin the aerobics which is fun, energetic, with great music to basic dance moves and a few Cardio Kickboxing routines bringing the heart rate slowly and safely up and then back down. Next is the Tai Chi which is an internal calming and centering with a total body cool down gentle stretch. Standing abdominal workout will end the class. Please bring water and get ready to “EXERCISE WITH OXYGEN AEROBICS™!”

You will learn an ancient art of improving your mind and spirit. We will start the class with Qi Gong exercises, also known as "Chinese Yoga" then learn a Chinese Thai Chi Chuan 24 step form Yang Style that is an international form. Thai Chi and Qi Gong exercises have been shown to improve balance, help reduce signs of aging, improve the heart, and reduce stress. Tai Chi and Qi Gong can be done by almost everyone. It has been shown to help with MS, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, Shingles, Arthritis, Heart Disease and Stress.
Please bring comfortable clothing, flexible soled shoes or sneakers, an open mind and a smile.
Weight Loss Program - 12 Week Program

This program will not only help you lose weight but it will also get you in the best shape of your life and help you improve health and well-being. This work out routine will give you a PLAN that you can follow not only for 12 weeks but for the rest of your life. This program is targeted for beginner, intermediate, and advanced trainees. For best results it is recommended that you have access to a set of dumbbells and anaerobic step. The workouts can easily be done “at the gym” or “at home”. Trainees are expected to complete three workouts a week; two at home and one with the instructor. Each week a different workout is given to perform the three days with guidance given by the instructor. Students will be required to bring to class specific dumbbell sets: for a beginner a set of 5 lbs and for intermediate/advanced a set of 10 lbs dumbbells. Workouts combine cardio with strength training to optimize full body workout. Workouts can be done at home in as little as 30 minutes,but generally take 40 minutes to complete.
